This template was created using ViaBase 1.4 a Windows design
database.  You must acquire a copy of ViaBase in order to
utilize this template.  ViaBase is available online at America 
Online and Compuserve as well as a number of Internet shareware
sites.  ViaBase is shareware and is also available directly

Installation-

In addition to this read1st.txt file, the  following files should
have been located in the self extracting archive cwsapi.exe:

proj.vbf
proj.vbv
configur.vbl

Copy all four files to the "vbfiles" directory in ViaBase.  The
Civil War Small Arms Projectile Inventory database (proj.vbf)
is executed from the file menu "open" command in ViaBase. 
Data input is straight forward.  Most of the data fields provide 
lists from which to select type and/or style.  The rest of the
fields are measurement and/or additional input provided by 
the operator.

with "Civil War Projectiles II" by Mason & Mckee as the primary
